    In what ways has globalization promoted or hindered human rights?

    Globalization has promoted human rights in various ways, to start with,
    it foster good governance in the entire world since every government is accountable to its citizen and international societies, also all countries in the world have constitutions that stipulate the rights and freedoms that every individual in that state should enjoy and in which every government is oblige to exercise and uphold them.
    globalization makes the world a small village, this enables people to in tract freely hence helping to exchange ideas and culture leading to promotion of good relationship, understand and peaceful coexistence.
    globalization enable business people to exploit business opportunity any where in the world, therefore fostering freedom of ownership of property .
    through globalization, the people in the world are able to disuse many problems like health matters( HIV/AIDS, cancer, epola ), internal( post election violence in Kenya, civil war in Somalia) and external disputes ( Sudan and South Sudan war) etc in the glob and came up with a long lasting solutions hence promotion right to live .

    Globalization has promoted and hindered human rights in so many ways to begin with
    1 globalization has contributed to the increase of trade which made food and other essential things to individuals and countries that do not have thus, contributing to the mitigation of poverty and increase life expectancy giving people to get what they are entitle to get and in this way globalization has promoted human rights .
    2) Globalization has enabled people to exchange ideas and opinions that can be useful to their life and can promote their surroundings thus, allowing them to make use of their of expression and interaction which is very useful to the people and in this way globalization has promoted human rights .
    3) Globalization has resulted in the intensification of ethnic and religious conflicts and violence globalization with it attendant social change has precipitated fragmentation at local level on the one hand the resurgence of ethnic and religious strife can be understood as an effort to assert identities and ascribe meaning in the face of global forces over which one has no control and in this way globalization has hindered human rights.
    4) Globalization has put more emphasis on competitiveness and economic development has had negative effects especially on vulnerable groups such as migrant workers, Refugees, Indigenous people as their rights are not that much protected e.g low pay, poor working conditions, discrimination and etc. and In this way globalization has hindered human rights

    – Globalization is the process of interaction and integration among the people of companies and governments of different nations, a process driven by international trade and investment and aided by information and technology.
    2) How Globalization manifest in the context we live in?
    i) Multinational corporations operate on a global scale with satilite offices and branches in numerous locations.
    ii) Globalization enhances job opportunity by bring much needed in jobs.
    iii) Helps in growth of companies over the entire world.
    iv) Helps in spread of cultural across Europe, Asia, Africa e.t.c. it allowed exchange of not only culture but also skills, attitude and knowledge across the societal world.
    v) Helps in improved travel facilities, therefore, people will have opportunity to look for better jobs or better lives.
    vi) The computer and the new technology is a major contributor of Globalization between countries adds to Globalization such as strategic arms, reduction of treaty, antiterrorism agreement.
    vii) Environmental cooperation has spread to help reduce chlorofluorocarbon emissions to slow the depletion of the ozone.
    viii) Travel and tourism allows globalization of many things e.g exchange of money, culture and knowledge.
    ix) Organization such as the Red Cross respond quicker to disasters around the world
    3) What are the connections between globalization and human right.
    i) Both advocate for the integration and interaction of the people.
    ii) Both are universally accepted processes.
    iii) Both processes advocate for the improvement economics across the world.
    iv) Globalization and human rights can enhance peaceful for co-existence and for the people to live together harmony.
    v) Both processes advocates for the environmental observation and preserve the beauty of the surrounding of the people.

    IN WHICH WAYS HAS GLOBALIZATION HELP HINDERED HUMAN RIGHTS
    i) The advocates of globalization do not denied some basic human rights which are respected.
    ii) Globalization advocates for the poor and in much more emphasize by drawing attention to poverty, debts, un employment problems in poor countries.
    iii) Globalization is conceived as a turning point in the global market for goods and services govern by rules of profit.
    IN WHICH WAYS HAS GLOBALIZATION PROMOTED IN HUMAN RIGHTS
    i) It promoted human right by helping people to interact and integrate freely.
    ii) People live together in harmoniously.
    iii) Promotes peaceful co-existence.
    iv) Promotes environmental and preservation.
    v) Helps all citizen to enjoy the economy and share scare resources available.
    vi) Globalization advocates for the respect and international law so that people understand each other.
    vii) Increasing borrowing by developing countries leads to financial cris
