Job Specifics: Jay is a member of the “East Team,” which designs and implements strategies to recruit students from Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes. He is also responsible for online recruitment events, and he’s one of the creators of the upcoming Destination UBC program – stay tuned!
Meet Jay
Jay, who arrived at UBC via various stops in North Van, Toronto, and Prince George, brings to SRA a rich background, not only in recruitment but also in tourism marketing. Today, he loves working with students as an advisor, helping them navigate their options to fulfill their dreams.
He is happy to have landed in the Okanagan with his wife Jackie and three kids, where he enjoys lake living in the summer and skiing every weekend in the winter. The office is never short on stories of Ella (almost 6) and Daniel (3), whose skiing escapades top everyone else in SRA.
