Looking for a healthy lunchtime activity? How about stocking up on some delicious, fresh produce at the UBC Farm Wednesday Campus Market! Each Wednesday from 11:30 – 1:30pm the market will be set up by the UBC bookstore, and will offer an assortment of veggies and herbs, as well as free-range eggs and fresh flowers.
If you don’t manage to make it over to the bookstore, you can visit one of the other summer market events at the UBC farm on Tuesday evenings from 4-6, and Saturdays from 9-5.
All UBC farm markets run from June until October.
Along with UBC Farm offerings, the Saturday Farm Market also features a variety of other local growers, bakers, craftspeople, prepared food, and live musicians. You can even take a farm tour! For a full schedule, have a look at the UBC Farm Market website.
