Who: Andre Nie

Since: November 2015
Professional Background: Andre completed his Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance at the University of Manitoba and then worked in his field for 3 years in Winnipeg. After moving west, he worked in a manufacturing company as a junior accountant before joining UBC.
Personal: Andre moved to Canada from China about 9 years ago and relocated to Vancouver last year because of our great weather and job opportunities. He is currently taking CPA courses and would like to stay working at UBC once his 6 month position is finished.
We are all enjoying having Andre as part of our team and appreciate his dedication to his work.
