Teaching Activities
Since enrolling in the five-year Bachelor of Education Degree program at the University of Victoria, in 2002, I have been involved in and committed to serving the university community. I have continued to be involved in various teaching and learning committees, as well as governance committees, now that I am at the University of British Columbia.
Some of the teaching activities that I have been involved in include:

Being the Faculty of Education Student Senator on the University of Victoria Senate

Being the Student Representative to the Senate Committee on Continuing Studies and to the Senate Committee on Learning and Teaching at the University of Victoria

Being the Student Representative to the Big Brothers Big Sisters Club at the University of Victoria

Being a Volunteer Peer Leader for the Peer Leaders Program through the Vice President Students Office at the University of British Columbia

Being a Student Council Representative for the Society, Culture, and Politics in Education Program for the Department of Educational Studies at the University of British Columbia
