Product Development, Project Coordinator, Western Canada

Reporting to the Technical Marketing Product Development Director of Lallemand Plant Care, you will co-ordinate field and laboratory research within the broadacre crop markets and be responsible for independently executing, troubleshooting and optimizing field-based research trials related to product type, dose and implementation using biological insecticides.

CSFS Research Support Technician Position

Working in a dynamic and high-energy environment, the CSFS Research Support Technician will assist with the collection, management, and analysis of research and UBC Farm operational data associated with the CSFS research portfolio. The technician will also support the internal tracking of research activities conducted at the CSFS.

  • Close to Home Organics is seeking one individual to provide record-keeping support and general field work this season. Work includes an ability to track and manage the completion of tasks for our organic certification program and on-farm food safety plans. It also includes general field work. Applicants should be able to work in a busy context and be physically capable of doing farm labour. Funding for this position is provided in part by the Youth Employment and Skills program.

BC Parks Hiring Rangers for the Summer

 

BC Parks within the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy has created the BC Parks Student Ranger Program to promote outdoor youth employment opportunities across the province.  Students studying and/or interested in pursuing future studies or employment in a related field are encouraged to apply.

Applications are now being accepted for student ranger crew member and student ranger crew lead positions. The competitions close at 11:00 pm on February 21, 2021.
