Apple Nachos Recipe

This is one of my favourite, easy study break snacks (when I convince myself that I’m still being productive by making food, but really I’m just procrastinating).

Ingredients
1 apple, thinly sliced
1/2tbs cinnamon
1/3c plain Greek yogurt
1/2tbs peanut butter
1/2tbs unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions
Arrange your apple slices evenly on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon. Microwave on high for about 1-2 mins, until they start to become translucent and some of the juices are released. Top with yogurt, peanut butter and coconut.

And that’s it! Feel free to mix it up with different toppings. Some of my favourites are: raisins, pecans, coconut butter and even some grated dark chocolate. The combinations are endless!
