Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is offering virtual learning sessions for international students who want to stay in Canada after graduation. These sessions provide an opportunity to ask questions about future pathways to permanent residence in Canada. Please note that no case-specific questions will be answered during these sessions.
How to Prepare
Before attending a session, students should watch the introduction video, which provides essential information about the pathways. The video is available on the IRCC website and a private YouTube channel.

Students can register for one or more sessions in their preferred language:

Pre-registration on COOL is recommended, but walk-ins will be accommodated if space allows. Once registered on COOL, please arrive 15-20 minutes before the event for check-in, or your spot may be given to walk-ins.
Walk-in check-in will begin 5-10 minutes before the session, subject to availability.

Whether you’re an avid journaler or prefer the notes app on your phone, join us to decorate a journal with pride-themed stickers or drawings. There’ll be free snacks to spur your creativity! We’ll have journals available for you to decorate. If you’d prefer, you’re welcome to bring your own journal or notebook.
Queer Trivia – June 12 @ 3:30 pm
Join us for LGBTQ2S+ trivia, Jeopardy style! No need for a team to play, but find some friends to bring along. Topics will cover Pride history, Vancouver queer fun facts, pop culture, and a “wild card” category! Prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 placing participants! You will need a cell phone to play, and are encouraged to dress to impress for pride!

Drag Bingo – June 24 @ 12:00 pm
