Registering for Courses

Once you have been admitted into the program, you can access your myUBCDAP dashboard to register for courses and make changes to your schedule as soon as registration opens for each academic session. If you want to make changes to your schedule, make sure to note Upcoming withdrawal, transfer and refund deadlines.

Is your registration status blocked on Workday?

All DAP students will see a “Registration Hold” on Workday because you do not use Workday to register for DAP courses. All registration, transfers, and withdrawals are completed through your myUBCDAP dashboard.

How to register – by payment type

Tuition is due at the time of registration for each individual course. We are unable to accept pre-payment for courses beyond each registration cycle. Once you have paid for your courses, visit Workday to see that the course will appear on your timetable to confirm your registration (allow 2 business days for this update). Available options for course payments are as follows.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any other forms of payment outside of the ones listed below; this includes payments by EFT, wire transfers, or online bank transfers from any financial institutions.

  2. Download and complete the registration form for the given term and submit with proof of your student loan application by email to askdap@sauder.ubc.ca. A screenshot from the online student loan application showing your name and student loan application status would be sufficient as proof of your student loan application.
