Register now for the virtual CPA Fall Recruit workshop series – starts Wednesday, July 10th

Registration for the virtual CPA Fall Recruit workshop series is now open on COOL!

Join us at each workshop for an in-depth overview of how to put your best foot forward for each step of recruit. The first two workshops in this series are scheduled as follows:

Intro to Public Practice Recruit: Stand Out from the Crowd
Wednesday, July 10th, 4:45 to 6:15 pm
If you are considering your CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation, this session is highly recommended. You will hear from a panel of senior accounting students who have successfully gone through the Public Practice Recruit process, including strategies and tips they wish they knew beforehand. The Business Career Centre will also share steps you should be taking to maximize your chances of landing a summer internship, co-op placement, or full-time position at your target firm to give you a head start in the recruitment process. You will also be introduced to CPABC and we will outline the support they can provide.
