This is a reminder to all current volunteers to get your receipts in, attached to a teacher evaluation form, by Friday November 29th, 2013 to get your reimbursements for all term 1 workshops! Drop these forms into Locker #4 in the FNH Building!
Please include the member’s name (who will be reimbursed) on the receipts as well as an address in case we need to mail the cheque.

Receipts must be attached to a evaluation form! Don’t worry if you haven’t completed all your workshops yet and do not have a form, make sure to hang onto your receipts and keep an eye out for the next receipt submittal!
