Some design considerations:
- Walkway across pond feature based on pine cone pattern, which was originally based on fractal patterns that was correlated to a “positive psychological response”.
- While no longer “fractal”, this appearance seeks to introduce a non-angular element to soften the angular overall layout while also maintaining the ability to cross the feature from one space to another.
