Four months ago, I was oblivious to the existence of GIS. Through this course, I became hooked to every aspect: retrieving, projecting, analyzing data, and creating visually enticing maps. I’ve learned the essentiality of GIS to daily life, becoming a creator, analyzer, and an audience to maps of all kinds. Like ESRI made me realize during my first lab, I want to keep creating “a map for every story”, and progressing, like how my first map compares to my last.
