Greetings, InfoCampers! Do we have some news for you!

We are excited to announce that registration for InfoCamp Seattle 2012 is OPEN! To reserve your spot for InfoCamp Seattle 2012, visit

When: October 13 & 14
Where: Mary Gates Hall, University of Washington

FYI: If you don’t show, thanks in advance for the donation! (i.e., no refunds)

Although the sessions at InfoCamp are all up to YOU, the participants, we’ve also invited two inspiring and engaging speakers to help us kick things off!

On Saturday, our opening keynote will be given by City Librarian Marcellus Turner, who oversees the Seattle Public Library. Turner holds a master’s degree in library science from the University of Tennessee and has over 20 years of experience in libraries. For more information about Marcellus, check out his bio on the SPL website.

And on Sunday morning, we’ll be hearing from Dan Klyn. Dan started working as an information architect in 1997. As a passionate advocate for the craft, Dan balances IA practice with teaching graduate students information architecture at the University of Michigan’s School of Information.

More information can be found on the InfoCamp Seattle website! Stop by periodically to check out what’s new!

See you in October!
