CHEQ Parent/Guardian Consent Letters
Consent letters do NOT need to be sent out to parents/guardians in advance of completing the CHEQ; they will be asked to review the consent letter when they login to the e-System in September. These are available in 12 different languages for your reference or to give to parents upon request.

Please provide a copy of the parent/caregiver package to all families at Welcome to K events. The package should include:
School Parent/Caregiver Letter *please add your school letterhead and administrator signature(s)
