6 Month Overview Program Design

This is a sample combination and program overview of the 6 month plan that involves every aspect of a workout. This program was designed for a 62 year-old diabetic and sedentary woman. This workout should not be used without proper professional supervision and explanation, as well as monitoring of the woman’s blood-glucose and sugar levels. This program can be generalized to any sedentary diabetic client that is looking to get back into shape and stabilize their body however aspects of it would need to be varied such as weights and reps depending on physical activity status.
