Did you know that in addition to the Enrolment Services PD fund, you also have several other avenues for financial support in pursuing your PD goals?
PD Funds:
Each employee group has a bucket of funds that they are eligible to access which can help offset the cost of training. Staff who have received funding through the ES PD fund are encouraged to apply for these funds if they do not otherwise intend to use it for themselves and to have it reimbursed to ES, in order to have our departmental budget stretch further.
Tuition Waiver:
The UBC Tuition Fee Waiver provides eligible UBC staff and faculty with tuition assistance for approved undergraduate and graduate courses, as well as non-credit courses offered through Continuing Studies.
