Teaching Development
My passion to teach and my quest to teach well had led an amazing twist in my career. When I was a graduate student, I visited the Centre for Teaching and Academic Growth (TAG, now CTLT) often. My frequent visits had given me the opportunity to work as a Graduate Student Assistant at TAG. Since then, I have been actively involved in the design, organization, implementation and evaluation of over 300 seminars and events at the Centre. Although I was not able to attend every single event I organized, my exposure to topical issues on teaching and learning in higher education is broad and stimulating. I constantly think of ways to incorporate new ideas I hear from my colleagues at CTLT into my teaching.
