    Jackson,

I really enjoyed your CYOA story and would like to thank you very much for introducing me to this useful and accessible software. Your narrative is a clever retelling of Othello and will serve as a good exemplar for students in your future classes should you wish to assign a similar activity.

Your write up is thoughtful and comprehensive. In the assessment section you write of a compare and contrast essay and point to a standard rubric for such an essay. You also write of having students write alternate endings. Would you not consider having students write their own CYOA stories? If they were to do so, how would you go about assessing that activity?

Again, thanks for this very creative contribution!

    Best regards,

    Teresa
