Students for Healthy Alternatives & Risk Prevention (S.H.A.R.P.)

S.H.A.R.P. is a student group aimed at promoting a healthy campus culture, and facilitating dialogue regarding safe and sensible drug use. Through collaboration with Campus Health and Wellness, this group has been extensively trained on the opioid crisis and related harms, preventative strategies, harm reduction strategies, and Naloxone administration. Not only have they successfully trained and educated various campus clubs and classes, but have been able to have an impact on the broader school community through a “pop-up” training booth.
