I am honoured to be invited to present an invited talk at Korean Association of Science Education National Conference that will take place at Daegu University in February of this year. As I am preparing and practicing my talk  Using Educational Technologies to Promote Inquiry Improved Feb 2014 (thanks to my friends from the Toastmasters Club 59 who helped me improve my public speaking skills), I keep thinking about how we prepare our future teachers and if we use technology wisely in the process. The conference has a very provocative theme “Broadening the Horizon of Science Education: Synergistic Collaboration across Disciplinary Boundaries“. I like it as it make you question is it is time to think about technology use in science education differently. The focus of my presentation is to discuss how technology can help us change our pedagogy. I will discus how I do it in my physics methods courses. I hope it will be an interesting talk. Now back to practising.
