Ingredients:
Eggs | 2 |
Milk | 2 tbsp |
Baby spinach | 1 cup |
Shredded Cheese | 1/4 cup |
Olive oil | 1 tsp |
Salt | 1 pinch |
Instructions:
- Prep the ingredients. Wash the spinach. Crack the eggs into a bowl, and add a tablespoon of milk, add a pinch of salt and whisk the eggs gently for the yolk to mix well.
- Turn on the stove. Set heat to medium. Heat up the frying pan.
- Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
- Add the spinach. Let it cook until the leaves wilt.
- Add the egg mixture and spread it evenly by tilting the pan.
- As soon as the omelette start to set, sprinkle the shredded cheese.
- Set the heat to low. Wait for the cheese to melt. Slowly flip one side of the omelette and fold it in half.
- Gently slide the omelette to a plate. Enjoy!
