In response to extreme weather conditions, the University may decide to cancel or reschedule academic activities and curtail non-essential services.

In the event that there is no university-wide class cancellation announcement, but there is an inclement weather warning in effect,  your instructor may also opt to adjust the scheduled in-person class. Please monitor your Canvas Announcements and email for any further direction and information from your instructors, as well as ubc.ca for the most up-to-date information about campus-wide class cancellations.

Generally, UBC’s goal is to communicate these decisions by 6:00am for morning and afternoon Learning Activities, and no later than 3:00pm for evening Learning Activities.

• Monday, January 15 at the Big 4 Conference Room, 9^th floor of the Henry Angus Building
• OR Thursday, January 18 at the Birmingham Room, across from CPA Hall in the Henry Angus Building

Time:   

• Monday, January 15 from 3PM – 6:15PM
• Thursday, January 18 from 4PM – 6:15PM

Attire:

• The headshots will be taken from waist-up, so professional attire on the top is recommended. Jeans are okay.

RSVP:

• We are not accepting RSVPs at this time, both events are drop-in only.

Do you have a live-online class on Monday or Thursday night?

• Don’t worry, we booked ANGU 291 from 6:30PM – 9:30PM for both nights for any students who wish to use the space for hybrid learning
• Please remember to bring headphones as you’ll be sharing the space with other students
