1. Can you Finance Canada’s First Commercial DAC Project? (September 26 & 27)
Tackle real-world climate finance with industry leaders?
Applications are now open for the 2026 Climate Innovation Challenge!
Join a two-day hackathon where you’ll tackle the first-of-a-kind (FOAK) project financing of Deep Sky One, Canada’s first commercial-scale direct air capture (DAC) facility. Guided by experts from PwC Canada and Deep Sky, participants will develop innovative financing strategies for one of Canada’s most ambitious climate infrastructure projects.
Who should apply? Graduate, DAP, and upper-year undergraduate students interested in corporate finance, project finance, financial modelling, and climate solutions.
It will take place on September 26 and 27. Spaces are limited. Participation is by application.
