We’re excited to share that our office has a new name: the Office of Student Academic Services (OSAS). This change reflects the integration of the Diploma in Accounting Program (DAP) Office, the Undergraduate Office (UGO), and our Academic Integrity and Wellness teams into one unified team.
While our name has changed, our commitment to providing outstanding academic advising, program support, and student services remains the same. You’ll begin to see this new name across our website and materials in the coming weeks. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to connect with us.

The Summer Term 1 final exam schedule has now been updated to include the classroom locations and you can find the updated schedule on UBC’s Exams page.
Your final exam schedule on Workday Student should now also be updated with these details. Please see the instructions on how to view your personal exam schedule on Workday Student here: Viewing your exam schedule | Workday Tutorials

We’re updating the way we send our ICYMI (In Case You Missed It) emails.
Beginning in June, your weekly ICYMI email — which recaps all the posts from the MyUBCDAP News & Announcements page — will come in a new, newsletter-style format. The new version will feature a cleaner, easier-to-read layout that’s also mobile-friendly. ICYMI emails will continue to arrive in your inbox every Friday, just with a refreshed look. You don’t need to take any action.
In addition to the weekly ICYMI emails, we encourage you to regularly visit the News & Announcements page throughout the week for the most up-to-date information. This way, you can stay connected and informed about everything happening in the DAP community in real time.
We hope this new format makes it easier and more enjoyable to keep up with important news and events. If you have any questions about the new ICYMI emails, please feel free to reach out to us.
