2023 Summer Session schedules now available with important updates to tuition and course formats – Registration opens on March 15th, 9:30 am PT

The 2023 Summer Session (2023S) schedules are now available on the myUBCDAP Schedules page. Registration instructions have also been updated for the Summer Session.

Registration for 2023S courses will open at 9:30 am PT on Wednesday, March 15th.

Please be advised of the following updates that take effect with the 2023 Summer Session:

  • Tuition will be increased to $810 per 3-credit course
  • For the hybrid format, regularly scheduled classes will meet primarily online, but final exams will be written in-person at the UBC Point Grey campus during the final exam period for the given term.

Important:  if you are planning to apply for a Canadian student loan, please ensure you review the Registration Details for Student Loan Applicants section towards the end of the Course Registration page for additional instructions.

Reminder – PGWP workshop for international students – Monday, November 21st, 11 am PT

As a reminder, UBC International Student Advising will be hosting a DAP-exclusive virtual PGWP workshop via Zoom on Monday, November 21st, 11 am PT.

This session will highlight the benefits of the Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) as you consider your options to further your studies, work in Canada or apply for permanent residence. You will learn about timelines to apply for the PGWP, eligibility requirements, how to prepare your application, work eligibility, and what you need to know if you have family members in Canada too. The information provided will take the potential impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic into consideration.
