Reimbursements 2014 – December

Hello all volunteers!! It’s that time of the year again (already!)…reimbursements. Please submit all your receipts (a name and pod number on EACH one) attached to your teachers evaluation form. The name will be that who will receive the reimbursement – to be redistributed amongst the other volunteers. We look forward to reviewing (what we are sure to be) the positive evaluation comments! This is a reminder to all current volunteers to get your receipts in, attached to a teacher evaluation form, by Friday November 29th, 2013 to get your reimbursements for all term 1 workshops! Drop these forms into Locker #4 in the FNH Building! Please include the member’s name (who will be reimbursed) on the receipts as well as an address in case we need to mail the cheque.
