This monthly workshop provides support, information, and resources to students who are considering applying to graduate programs (both academic and professional schools). Starting in January and ending in November (with a summer break), we discuss the process of applying to graduate programs and how funding for graduate school works. We focus on writing the challenging parts of the application, like the statement of purpose, and offer advice and concrete strategies for asking for letters of reference, taking standardized exams, and how to contact faculty at potential schools.

Dr. Kerry Greer coordinates and supports the program, and other faculty, graduate students, and alumni share their knowledge and experience with the attendees.
