Interested in Learning How Local Community Organizations Make Change?

The LEDlab will be hosting a workshop series in partnership with the  Vancouver Foundation in the new year and invite your participation.

This is a 3-part workshop series about systems thinking and creating systems change, with an emphasis on scaling up or spreading your innovation using advocacy and government relations. Each workshop is 4-4.5 hours and includes either lunch or breakfast. The cost per workshop is $10.00, if this is cost prohibitive to you or your organization please write to me at kiri@ledlab.ca.

Climate Change Student Video Contest – Open to all students at all levels studying at a post-secondary institution in Canada, the contest invites students to use their imagination and video-making skills, to make a short film about climate change. Full details are available on our website at:  https://kimberley-foundation.org/focus-video-competition/.  Fantastic prizes can be won ($10,000 for 1st prize, 3 honourable mentions each at $5,000) as well as public screening of the winning films.   The deadline for video entries is 4:30 pm PST March 15, 2018.
