In the latest issue of The Tyee, Crawford Kilian, a prof at Capilano College, does an interesting analysis of the the plan to reinvent higher education in British Columbia. The plan is called Campus 2020 and it’s yet another example of how the neoliberalism is reducing teaching and learning into commodities for sale on the “free market.”
