A few things to keep in mind when submitting your case memo that would help expedite the grading process:

  • You may make multiple submissions but only your last submission before the deadline will be graded
  • Your case memo and appendix needs to be merged into one single document (only either in Word or PDF)
  • You must provide both your name and student number on your case memo. Please refer to the Case Memo and Citing Instructions on Connect within the Integrated Cases folder. We have had a number of students who did not provide their name on the last case memo

Barb Duzy, one of our instructors from the Business Communications team who facilitated the Writing Feedback Workshop yesterday, would like to share her suggestions for English Language Resources and a writing feedback rubric that will allow you to better understand what we are looking for in professional business writing. Both documents are located on Connect > myIPD > BA 504 (3.0) Integration & Professional Development: Foundation > English Language Resources.

If you are experiencing problems with your submission, please submit your case memo to askmba@sauder.ubc.ca before 8:00am on Monday, Sept 16.

Good luck and have a lovely weekend!
