Facts to know about an INTROVERT teacher

  1. They can talk, and chat openly even crack jokes with you on social media but at school they are like ice – will never say anything during staff meetings, avoid chatting in person with other teachers.
  2. They can pass you on the hallway and pretend they didn’t see you. They can stay in their classroom from start of school to end without making contact with anyone only their students.
  3. Very calculative, clingy, little touch of hot temper, romantic with the one they love. They hardly fall in love but once they fall, it’s taken very serious because they don’t joke with their heart.
  4. They hardly cheat. Before you see them, they already seen you (very sensitive). They can read people’s mind before you could say it, they rarely have friends and associate in any activities, always not comfortable staying in a place full of people and always like staying alone.
  5. They hardly talk in the midst of other teachers but talkative when they are with their loved ones. People usually see them as too proud, but they are not.
  1. They can endure a lot but don’t push them or take them for granted because once they decide, you have lost them.
  2. They are too emotional. Crying or tears is like a trademark. They hardly easily forget bad things someone especially students’ parents or guardians did to them. They’re protective.
  3. They hardly share their problems to anybody or ask people for assistance no matter what they are passing through
  4. You won’t easily observe the kind of person until you get closer to them.  They are unpredictable and stubborn

Working with a teacher with these traits can look very difficult and bizarre to his/her colleagues. However, recent research has shown that they’re the easiest to work with. They’re passionate with their job. Their students love them, not because of their teaching style, its because of the passion they bring into their class. They can do anything to protect their students. They can go beyond to assistance their students and their parents-very compassionate.
