Things are continuing to move along on the IRP, as we work towards an April 2020 launch for the HR and Finance streams of the project.

There are a few important activities for you to be aware of coming up!

Change Readiness Assessment – due now!

There is one day left to participate in the 2nd Change Readiness Assessment for the IRP.  You can find the survey here.

It will only take a few moments of your time, but the information you provide will be invaluable to the program and the transition network as we work towards the launch of the HR and Finance systems in April.

Upcoming Demo – Oct 30th

Click here to register for the next demo session for Workday Finance & HCM, happening on October 30 from 10:00am to 12:00pm.

Finance demo will include:

  • procure to pay from an end user perspective
  • receipt of goods to facilitate 3-way match of invoice payment
  • invoice coding
  • explaining the difference between accounting adjustments/accounting journals/internal sale
  • Demo a payroll accounting adjustment
  • Example of a report

HCM/HR demo will include:

  • ‘Employee as Self’
  • find your pay cheques, compensation, benefits enrollment (including beneficiary’s) as well as your Time Off/Accrual Banks (Sick, Vacation, Banked OT).
