Each month the UBC Vancouver campus hosts its ‘Hot Lunch’ – a staff networking event offering the opportunity to get out of the office and socialize over lunch with those we may only know through email. Colleagues share thoughts and conversations about how we can work toward establishing richer and more meaningful networks across the institution.
A key feature of each Hot Lunch is the opportunity to get to know our UBC senior leadership team. This month, our colleague Darran Fernandez, Board of Governors and Staff Representative will be guest speaker, offering some insight into his role on the senior leadership team, answering our questions and giving the chance to get to know him better.
