#ruleoutracism
You are invited to join the conversation about race and racism at UBC
From March 16-20, UBC will host Rule Out Racism Week in recognition of the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination on March 21. This week-long series of events is organized by the Equity and Inclusion Office and supported by Access & Diversity and Human Resources.
Events focus on the need for greater literacy and conversation about race and racism within the UBC community in the Okanagan and Vancouver. The theme for the week is “This is what anti-racism looks like.”
Rule Out Racism workshops are free and open to everyone in the UBC community. Workshops have limited seating so register early at diversity.ubc.ca/rule-out-racism-ubco (UBC O) or diversity.ubc.ca (UBC V).
