On Monday, March 6th, we’ll be selling cupcakes in the Brock Hall concourse over the lunch hour in support of National Cupcake Day™.
National Cupcake Day™ is a coordinated national event that supports local SPCAs, humane societies and animal shelters who rescue and care for abused, abandoned and neglected animals across the country.
Last year, we raised almost $800 and all cupcakes were sold-out within an hour.
All funds raised this year will be donated to the Langley Animal Protection Society (LAPS).
So please show your support by purchasing a cupcake or two.
Looking for another way to get involved? We’re currently looking for volunteers to bake 1-2 dozen cupcakes. Whether you’re a professional baker, someone who just enjoys baking, an animal lover – or all the above, all and any type of cupcakes are welcome and would be greatly appreciated!
