During winter I often find it challenging to motivate myself to get out of the office to go for a walk, and going to the gym or a class after work is much less appealing than curling up in a ball on the couch, or browsing Instagram at my desk during lunch.

I recently came across this fun tutorial on movements that can be done at my desk, which I hope will help motivate me to fit in a bit of exercise at work. The movements are demonstrated in short animations, and each receives a score to reflect how difficult it is, how sweaty you might get, and how humiliating it is to do in front of colleagues.
