Student Recruitment & Advising have been keeping busy this spring with their annual yield events, including UBC Welcomes You and Destination UBC.
Throughout the month of April, UBC hosted six out-of-province events for newly admitted students across Canada.
On Saturday, April 29, they hosted the final UBC Welcomes You event of 2017 on our very own Vancouver campus for more than 1,000 students. This event was a great opportunity for students to explore campus, meet their faculty, and to learn more about their first-year program.
These events wouldn’t have been possible without the help of our amazing campus partners and our hardworking colleagues in admissions. Thank you to everyone who played a part in the planning or implementation of these events. Your time and effort is greatly appreciated!
