Help yourself get through the cold and dreary winter with hot chocolate! The Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival is running from January 19th to February 14th at coffee shops and cafes all around the city who are offering a number of unique and decadent flavours.

Some of the flavours being offered include, “You Da B-Bomb” at Bjornbar Bakery which is a dark chocolate ganache hot chocolate piled high with mini chocolate “b-bombs” and finished with a chocolate drizzle.

You may also want to try the “Midnight Spice” at Cartem’s which is a dark chocolate married with almond milk, organic cayenne, cinnamon and garnished with spices and slivered almonds. I’m sure it will pair well with any of their delicious donuts!

Or for those who need a bit more of a pick-me-up, try the “Wake Me Up Before You Cocoa” at Chocolate Arts, for an espresso hazelnut hot chocolate made with an in-house blend of dark-milk chocolate Amoré.
