Volunteer 90 minutes of your time and support your colleagues in Student Records & Systems Management to help graduates get ready to cross the stage at the Chan Centre. The job is simple, and it’s a great opportunity to participate in an important event for students.
Here’s how it works
- Sign up to volunteer at the link below. Make sure to check in with your supervisor before signing up to ensure you are able to volunteer at that time. Want to volunteer to support a particular ceremony? Find out the ceremony date and time the graduation schedule.
- Put the date and time in your calendar. You many need to help out for up to 90 minutes, so block off your calendar accordingly.
- Show up on time at the Grad Student Centre Ballroom, in the basement of Thea Koerner House, at the time noted in the Doodle. (Take note veteran volunteers, this is a change from previous ceremonies.)
- Smile, congratulate grads, and give them their well-earned diploma.
