It’s that time of year again!

Well, it’s here again! that wonderful time of year filled with… no, not midterms, though that’s true too… ILLNESS! Every thirty seconds or so in every class someone coughs or sniffles or wheezes. Just like high school, university is a magnificent breeding ground of bugs of all kinds.
You always get sick at the most inconvenient time too. I’m going to be having a great time tomorrow trying to give a philosophy presentation while hacking up a lung.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to avoid getting sick while sitting in a crowded lecture hall filled with plague?

Eat raw garlic. Keeps potential germ donaters (er, classmates) away, and is a pretty powerful antibacterial, antiviral, antimicrobial, to boot! =P

Good luck with the presentation!

Catch plenty of sleep, drink plenty of fluids, get plenty of exercise, eat plenty of veggies & fruits, and wash your hands!

echinaecia (sp?) and vitamin C … and if that doesnt help a shot or 2 of whisky 😉 – the irish stuff not the gross american kind!

Get sick in the summer–it’ll boost your immune system for during the school year 😀

(lol. jj. Sort of)

PS: Being sick sucks.

Ha ha, why didn’t I think of alcohol? thanks Alexis.
Thanks for all the other tips to guys.
P.s. I love the garlic idea! double protection against germs and vampires! lol

Omg I’ve been in a state of hazy semi-conscious with fever, stuffed nose, horrible cough etc. Life sucks. I can name 10 ppl who are sick just off the top of my head. Darn those lecture halls!
