Our first seminar of this academic year will be presenting Jean-Philippe Gervais, the Vice-President and Chief Agricultural Economist at Farm Credit Canada (FCC). He has over 20 years of experience analyzing domestic and international agricultural policies and markets, and his insights help guide strategy and monitor risk throughout the corporation.

UBC Farm Community Workshops – Fall 2020 Series!

The Centre for Sustainable Food Systems is excited to announce that registration for the for the second half of our 2020 community workshop series is now open!  

The UBC Farm hosts a wide range of workshops covering everything from gardening to herbal medicine, fermenting, foraging, and much more. This year, we have added several new workshops and brought back many favourites.  All of our workshops are beginner friendly and open to everyone, so please share with your networks (attached are a poster and flyer)!  Until further notice, all of our workshops will be conducted online.
