I am looking for a TA for  for the winter term of 2022 (January to April). This is a problem-based learning course that examines the techniques, including continuous improvement methods, needed to implement a food safety and quality system in a food manufacturing facility. Sanitation is an area of focus because of its link to significant foodborne outbreaks.
