Volunteer for a GSS Photo Session
Your GSS is looking for graduate student volunteers to be photographed in a staged photo session with a time commitment of about 30 minutes. These photos will be used to generate awareness and interest in the GSS and its council meetings.
The photo session will be held as follows:

3pm-6pm (or an alternate time that works with your schedule)

My Housing Story is an initiative run by the GSS at mygradstory.ca where your voice can be heard, where graduate students can tell their story about their experiences fighting for space at UBC and in the Vancouver community.
Your Story – the story of UBC graduate student – has the power to move hearts and minds. It can drive the construction of new student housing on and around campus. It can enable the construction of higher density housing and it can bring peace of mind to graduate students at UBC for years to come.

Summer Sports League
Registration deadline (teams & athletes): May 19, 2017
Summer is the time for an outdoor GRADventure! Dig out your cleats, gather your teammates, and build team spirit at the annual GSS Summer Sports League!
- Soccer – Recreational: for beginners or those playing for fun
- Soccer – Competitive: a more experienced level of play within a respectful environment
- Softball (Team registration is full)
The winners will have their team name engraved on the GSS Team Sports Trophy, so sign up now!
