On March 14, LFS and UBC Applied Science are celebrating National Potato Chip Day with a talk from LFS Dean Rickey Yada titled The Science Behind Potato Chips: Crispy, crunchy and delicious.
Dean Yada will talk about our favourite salty snack. Find out what gives them a unique taste, which country loves curry-flavoured chips, and much more! There will be a plenty of time for questions and some taste-testing!
