My name is Setenay Mufti and I am reaching out to you as a graduate student at UBC, and on behalf of the Annual Interdisciplinary Graduate Student Conference Committee at the Department of Classical, Near Eastern, and Religious Studies. The Committee is currently circulating a Call for Papers for this year’s conference, “All things that the black earth feeds: Animals and Humans.” We were wondering if you might be able to circulate this email and the attached flyer to any interested students.
The Conference will be held virtually on May 6th-7th, and the deadline for submissions is March 31st. We emphasize graduate work, but accept applications from undergraduate students as well. Further information can be found in the attached flyer.
