Tax slips

Standard

UBC issues tax slips online as PDFs that are identical to the printed form and are accepted to by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) when filing your taxes.

This year, T4 tax slips (and T4As, where applicable) will be made available for faculty and staff through the Workday system before the end of February, in line with Canadian tax legislation.

Paper copies of T4s will be mailed to employees that left UBC between January 1, 2020 and October 31, 2020. Employees that left the university between November 1, 2020, and December 31, 2020 will be able to access their tax slips through Workday (please note that an active CWL ID and password are required).

Your Workday Tip of the Week answers the following question: How do I find my T4? (CWL-login required)

Tax slips from previous tax years can still be accessed through Peoplesoft.
