November 2021 Graduation Application is OPEN.

Attention graduate students who are hoping to graduate in November 2021.

The application for November graduation will be available on the Student Service Centre until Friday, September 10, 2021.

You must apply to be considered for graduation.  There is no downside to applying if they are close to completing.  If you end up missing the November deadlines then you would need to apply for May graduation later in the year.

The Program Completion / Dissertation submission deadline is Friday October 22, 2021.  This is the day you must have submitted your dissertation or had your program enter your completion date for.  This deadline has to be met to considered for November graduation.

STEP 1- Apply to graduate in the SSC by Friday Sept 10, 21.

STEP 2 – Have your program competed (either by thesis or program completion memo) by Friday Oct 22, 21.

Last day for G+PS approval of final master’s theses and doctoral dissertations for August 31 end date Friday, 27 August 2021 Last day for final master’s theses and doctoral dissertations to be approved by the Faculty of Graduate Studies for August 31 program end date. Must be approved and accepted (not just submitted) by 4:00 pm. Students are expected to submit 3-5 days before this approval deadline in order to have time for corrections.
Last day for students to complete all program requirements for August 31 end date Friday, 27 August 2021 Last day for students to complete all program requirements (including major papers) for non-thesis master’s degrees for August 31 program end date. Students who meet this deadline will not be assessed tuition and student fees for 2021 Winter Session Term 1.
