Vanita Gurnani is a successful entrepreneur and innovator who has co-founded three vegan companies across India, the USA, and Canada. One of her notable ventures is Plant Veda, a Vancouver-based plant-based dairy company. Her expertise in product development has led to the creation of multiple award-winning products.

In addition to her business acumen, Vanita holds double masters in Computer Science and Home Science. As a mother of three vegan kids, she is passionate about promoting plant-based living and sustainable practices

Sunny Gurnani is a vegan entrepreneur and co-founder of Plant Veda, a plant-based dairy company located in Vancouver, Canada.  After working as a software engineer in Silicon Valley, he made the shift to the vegan industry. With his expertise, Sunny helped launch several award-winning vegan products and has conducted various seminars to educate people on the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle, including reversing heart disease and diabetes.

Additionally, he holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and is certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell. As a father of three vegan children, Sunny is committed to promoting a sustainable and healthy lifestyle through his work.
