Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in TAing

UBC Teaching Assistants are encouraged to attend this discipline-specific workshop to learn how they can build an inclusive learning environment. TAs will learn about power and privilege, the policies and guidelines that frame their work, and how best to support students as they navigate ethical dilemmas and potential conflicts.
